Who we are
Nestpod B.V. is responsible for processing your personal data through nestpod.eu. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

This policy applies to our website in all languages and to contact with us about proposals and calls.
What data we collect

To prepare a tailored proposal, we need your name, email, organisation, the chosen pod and quantity, and the place of installation. Without these we cannot send a proposal. All other fields are optional.

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails without your consent. We never sell your data.

We only place analytics and marketing cookies if you consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Who we share data with
We only share your data when needed for the purposes above, and only with parties that handle it carefully.

HubSpot and Google are US companies. Data processed outside the EU is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We sign a data processing agreement with every party that processes data on our behalf.
How long we keep data

After that, we delete or anonymise your data.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (https), access only for those who need the data, and two-factor authentication on our systems.
We do not make decisions about you that are taken by a computer alone. Our services are intended for organisations; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict the processing;
- receive your data in a common file format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example for cookies.
Send your request to hello@nestpod.eu. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest change. We will clearly show important changes on the website.
